Having spent the last twenty years immersing myself in all there is to know about the building trades, allows me to represent my clients on their unique project. I’ve built new homes from the foundation up. I’ve tackled all manner of projects, from major additions to complex repairs that reveal why things have to be done the right way. I have studied framing, design and structure, plumbing, heating and electrical. I continue to distinguish myself with an expertise in the finishes: siding, trim, flooring, tile, paint and cabinetry that bring your home to life. This depth of knowledge in every facet of building allows me to provide solid advice, relate customer expectations, as well as, manage and coordinate the trades, providing a seamless progression of your project. I overcome challenges by seeing them as opportunities and turning them into original and creative elements of your design. Creativity isn’t an extravagance, it’s a necessity, a tool used every day to solve problems and get the job done. Through countless conversations with clients, I have a unique understanding of the relationship between a building and a person, and how one enhances the other. That ability comes from understanding, with a level of authority, the relationship between aesthetics, design, and functionality. And it doesn’t stop there, how a material functions, how a product functions, even how a person functions, every element of your home is important. I have all the skill and talent, all the ambition and know how, to take a set of blue prints and a conversation about ideas and visions to achieve your goals.
